  • 1 cup spring water
  • 2 cups greens
  • ½ banana, peeled
  • 1 fresh mango, peeled, destoned, sliced

Directions:

1. Take a high-powered blender, switch it on, and then place all the ingredients inside, in order.

2. Cover the blender with its lid and then pulse at high speed for 1 minute.
