  • ½ cup fresh-picked spinach 
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 Bella sun-dried tomatoes 
  • 2 mixed-grain flax wraps 
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles


  1. In  a  frying  pan,  cook  the  spinach,  egg  whites,  and  tomatoes  for approximately 4 minutes or lightly browned.
  2. Flip it over and cook for 4 minutes or until nearly finished on the other side.
  3. Microwave the wraps for approximately 15 seconds; remove from the microwave, fill the egg mixture with each wrap, sprinkle with crumbles of feta cheese, and roll up.
  4. Each wrap is cut into two sections and served.
