  • 2Tbsp. coconut, shredded 
  • ½ ounce almond flour 
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 small egg
  • 1-ounce chicken breast, boneless, skinless 
  • 4 tbsp. Coconut oil


  1. Mix the shredded coconut, almond flour, and sea salt in a dish.
  2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl; dip the chicken in the egg and roll it until well coated in the flour mixture.
  3. Add coconut oil in a pan set over medium heat, and fry the chicken until the crust brown.
  4. Move the chicken to the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 °F.
