NUTTY BANANA OATMEAL

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quick-cooking oats 
  • 3 tbsp. raw honey
  • ½ cup skim milk 
  • 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts 
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 banana, peeled 

Directions

  1. Combine the oats, honey, milk, walnuts, and flaxseeds in a microwave safe bowl; microwave on high for around 2 minutes.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork in a small bowl to a fine consistency; whisk in the oatmeal and serve.
